Murphy is recruiting for a Senior PSSC Administrator
To work with IT/Finance/Group on Contract/Location.
Operating in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, and the USA, Murphy provides better engineered solutions to infrastructure sectors including transportation, water, power, and natural resources.

Responsibilities
- Day to day responsibility for the administration tasks of all people functions, utilising and administering as required within the People management system.
- Act as a first point of people contact for all employees, answering queries on process and policy where possible.
- Support the whole PSSC team to deliver including quality checking output.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for specific processes (e.g. L&D or Operations) and be the escalation point for PSSC Administrators for complex Support and lead, from a PSSC perspective, on key activities beyond business as usual.
- Proactively find solutions to problems/ potential issues.
- Manage a volume of telephone and e-mail enquiries as well as queries made in person via the Shared Service Centre Mailbox – ensuring accurate and timely responses at all times.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry onto people systems – ensuring the ongoing integrity of data.
- Provide management information when requested.
- Support the reconciliation of payroll adjustments for both weekly paid and salaried staff.
- To comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
- Proven track record of providing People/HR administrative support to a large, multi-site, multi-disciplined business.
- Experience of running HR Processes (Stat payments / Maternity / Payroll / payment plans etc.)
- Experience of working within a HR/confidential environment.
- Potential requirement to travel to sites/offices as and when required.
