Company Description
Halo is an international communications agency for the people building the future in space, defence, deep tech, climate and AI.
Our clients are delivering world-changing innovation. Our job is to make sure the right people understand why it matters: media, investors, governments, partners and the public. We do that through strategy, earned media and content that's impossible to scroll past.
We're human-led and AI-powered. We've built our own tools to carry the routine work, so our people spend their time on strategy, relationships, creativity and writing.
We take the work seriously. We don't take ourselves too seriously.
Role Description
This is the senior client-facing PR role at Halo. You'll own the PR strategy across our client book, run the press office, and write and pitch to national and international print and broadcast.
We are after the best writer and the sharpest media brain, with your hands on the work every day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
