The role:
The successful Senior PR Executive will work within the corporate marketing team to grow reputation through PR and external communications.
The Senior PR Executive will lead projects focused on campaigns, business launches and industry events working with internal and stakeholders to deliver key messages
The Senior PR Executive will create engaging content including press releases, thought provoking articles, corporate communications etc
This Senior PR Executive role is responsible for developing and ensuring key messages and tone of voice is delivered through all communications and for ensuring compliance with legislation.
Building strong relationships with journalists and industry stakeholder you will write and share stories with the relevant B2B publications and consumer press where relevant.
In addition the Senior PR Executive will manage the day to day running of the press office and maximise all PR opportunities to raise the voice and profile of the organisations including awards and speaker opportunities.

Ideal candidate:
Ideally you will have an excellent understanding of the food market and possess demonstrable skills writing and communicating press releases. Ideally gained from the retail or food inustry
Having excellent relationship building skills you will ideally be working in the food and drink sector either in a retailer, brand, agency or as a journalist, in either a B2B or B2C capacity within
You will have excellent influencing and presenting skills and will be fantastic at building internal and external relationships
For the Senior PR Executive you will be an experienced communications professional who understands how to build reputation and create campaigns that get people talking.
You will have experience of delivering standout events and thought leadership campaigns tio building media relationships and developing compelling content
You'll be creative, commercially minded, highly organised and confident working with senior stakeholders, with a natural instinct for spotting opportunities and turning them into impactful communication

Salary up to £35k plus pension and health
Flexible working around core hours and 2 days from home 3 days in the office
