Job Description:
Build intelligent solutions with Python and AI.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with hands-on AI experience to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Python.
- Build AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, RAG, or AI agents.
- Develop REST APIs, microservices, and data-processing pipelines.
- Integrate AI models into production-ready applications.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
- Ensure code quality through testing, automation, documentation, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:
- 7–15 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, or RAG.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, MLOps, and model deployment.
- Experience in enterprise, regulated, or security-focused environments.
