We're Hiring a Senior Python Developer
You'll join a collaborative engineering team working on business-critical platforms, combining strong backend development with exciting AI initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with Financial Services experience who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and wants to help bring AI capabilities into real-world applications.

💻 What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python
- Build APIs and integrations supporting business-critical platforms
- Collaborate with engineers, AI specialists and business stakeholders
- Contribute to AI-powered initiatives and Proofs of Concept
- Troubleshoot, optimise and enhance existing applications
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Deliver secure, scalable and high-quality software in a regulated environment
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial Python development experience
- Current or recent experience within Banking, Financial Services or Capital Markets
- Experience building backend applications, APIs and integrations
- Exposure to AI-enabled projects, AI APIs, LLMs or Proofs of Concept
- Strong SQL and database experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile software development teams
- Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) and microservices experience would be advantageous
