Enso Recruitment and Belfast FDI Partnership

Enso Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a brand new FDI to Belfast. This high-growth B2B SaaS business is a leader in their field and helps businesses make smarter commercial decisions at scale.

As they establish their first Belfast office, they are creating a number of brilliant opportunities for the local tech market.

We are delighted to be supporting their first Belfast hires and helping them build out their initial team of Senior Python Engineers.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, ambitious technology business at the very start of their Belfast journey as one of their first hires on the ground.

You'll take full ownership of the data platform that sits at the heart of their product, working with a small, high-autonomy engineering team where your decisions matter and your impact is felt from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
