This is a Hybrid role working from our London office 2 days a week
Are you a quality champion who thrives on collaboration, technical excellence and automation engineering? We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who combines strong software engineering and test automation skills with a passion for building scalable, reliable and maintainable quality solutions across mobile and API platforms.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping automation frameworks, improving continuous testing capabilities and embedding quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering teams across mobile, backend, DevOps and security to deliver reliable, scalable and high-quality digital products.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Strategy & Framework Architecture: Co-design and evolve scalable automation frameworks for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and APIs, integrating automated checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Quality & NFR Integration: Embed quality early in the delivery lifecycle, incorporating test data management, mobile security principles, accessibility, and performance checks across core user journeys.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, DevOps, and security teams to enhance system testability, troubleshoot root causes, and build sustainable quality processes together.
- Standards & Ownership: Define and refine test automation best practices, continuous testing approaches, and tooling to ensure high-performing, reliable digital products.
- Mentorship & Team Growth: Support and empower fellow QA engineers through constructive code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and supportive technical coaching.
