About You

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong Web3 experience to join our engineering team. You are meticulous, technically sharp, and deeply curious about decentralized technologies. You understand the nuances of blockchain interactions, wallet integrations, smart contract behavior, and hybrid on-chain/off-chain systems.

You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and bring a proactive approach to quality—anticipating risks, validating distributed systems, and ensuring seamless user experiences across Web3-enabled features. You are confident in manual testing, comfortable with API-level validation, and eager to integrate AI-driven testing tools to improve coverage, speed, and defect detection.

If you’re excited to shape quality practices for blockchain-enabled products and help define how Web3 experiences should feel for millions of users, we’d love to meet you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
