We’re partnering with a purpose-led, tech-for-good organisation building digital products used by a large and highly engaged member base. They’re investing heavily in quality and are looking for Senior QA Engineers to help evolve their testing approach as the platform continues to scale.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to influence how quality is embedded, not just execute test scripts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and evolving test automation across mobile, web, and backend services.
- Working closely with engineers to ensure quality is built in from the start, not added at the end.
- Designing meaningful test coverage that supports fast, confident releases.
- Contributing to tooling, frameworks, and processes that make testing scalable and maintainable.
- Supporting teams with testing strategy, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Using data, monitoring, and real-world usage to improve reliability and user experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in test automation, including mobile and API-level testing.
- Comfortable testing complex, user-facing platforms across multiple environments.
- A quality-first mindset with a pragmatic approach to automation and coverage.
- Experience working in agile product teams alongside engineering and product partners.
- Awareness of performance, accessibility, security, and reliability considerations.
- Someone who enjoys collaboration, mentoring, and raising the bar for quality.
