About the Role

We’re hiring several experienced QA Specialists to ensure our players get the experience they deserve. Instead of distantly supporting, you’ll be fully embedded within a specific game team, like Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars or Hay Day, working side-by-side to keep our quality bar high and our players engaged.

Our game teams focus on building experiences that millions of people will enjoy for years. To do that, we need people who live and breathe quality and player experience. Supercell is growing but our teams are still small and efficient. You’ll have a couple of testers as your peers so you’re in good company with loads of ownership.

We believe in a personal approach to hiring. In addition to hard and soft skills, we want to make sure you find a team where you’ll thrive. Throughout the process, we’ll work with you to figure out which game team best aligns with your specific expertise and what you’re most passionate about.

If you love the innovative side of QA as much as the collaborative, player-focused approach and you're comfortable being the person your team can count on – let’s get in touch!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide QA support for your specific team to design, develop, and apply testing processes that improve game quality and player experience, wherever you're needed most.
  • Validate release candidates across the full release cycle, ensuring builds are stable, compliant, and ready for submission.
  • Test game performance (FPS, memory, loading times, battery, network) and investigate crashes, ANRs, and other technical issues to find root causes.
  • Validate backend systems, live features, and SDK integrations, and support live operations by helping investigate issues and verify fixes quickly.
  • Plan and execute tests with no explicit requirements, taking the initiative to analyze the product and determine the best tests to mitigate risk.
  • Manage external test vendors to help scale testing capability.
  • Own bug tracking, reporting, and regression testing to keep releases high quality.
  • Continuously evolve how we test by introducing better tools, strategies, and ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

So, how do we make great games? By putting together the best teams and giving them the freedom and independence to succeed. And by taking risks, failing, sharing learnings, and killing lots of projects.

Hey, You Might Love It Here!

Independent cells and trust are at the core of our culture. But it takes more than that to make great games. We take good care of our people, providing them with the compensation, work environment, and resources they need to succeed while having fun along the way.

You Are Not Your Job Title ™

Here, you won’t need to focus on chasing titles or climbing ladders. Internally, our job titles don’t include prefixes like Senior, Junior, Principal, or Director. Recognition isn’t tied to your title, as it doesn't define the impact you can have around here.

Benefits And Compensation

Luring you in with glitter, glamour, and gems isn't what we're about. We want you to enjoy your time here fully, so we structure our compensation and benefits with that in mind. It starts with perceiving you as a human being, not a resource.

Relocation? Yes!

No matter where you’re moving from, our dedicated mobility team and partners will support you throughout your move. We’ll ensure the process is as smooth as possible for you and anyone joining you – whether they’re family members of the human or animal kind!

Not Sure if You Should Apply?

Many candidates with great skills and experience second-guess themselves. The bar is high, but if this role excites you, apply! We’re here to help you succeed. Also, we're happy to learn about any specific accommodations you may need to fully engage in our recruitment process.
