Senior Qt Developer
Role: Highly skilled Senior Qt Developer
Manager: Lead Development Manager
Location: Hybrid
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9-5 working hours
Duration: 2-month Fixed Term Contract (possible extension)
About the Role
We are seeking a senior Qt Developer to join our Qt framework software development team, working on cutting-edge embedded HMI projects. As part of an international, HMI-focused engineering team, you will contribute to developing modern, visually advanced human-machine interfaces for embedded devices across different industries. This involves:
- Developing UI systems in Qt Widgets based on new Figma designs, ensuring ease of debugging
- Collaborating extensively on embedded HMI projects
- Leveraging knowledge of Git for source control and integration
Ideal candidates thrive in building superior user experiences for embedded systems and will perform well in an international, agile engineering environment.

Essential Responsibilities & Skills
You will:
- Demonstrate strong commercial experience developing cross-platform applications in Qt
- Have a solid expertise in building modern Qt-based graphical user interfaces
- Exercise independent technical ownership, solving problems efficiently
- Possess a solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Gain experience with version control systems (specifically: Git), as well as code reviews and integration tools
- Exhibit exemplary communication skills
Desirable Skills & Background
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Proof of Concept development
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Work with 3D graphics or rendering technologies
- Tools & Technologies:
- QML
- Figma
- Advanced Git usage
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline OR equivalent relevant work experience
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, ideally in healthcare-related projects
- Proficient knowledge of standard software development frameworks, techniques, and methodologies
- Experience in mentoring/coaching team members
- Collaborative teamwork and ability to contribute to business scenario development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, curious mindset
