SALARY: £70k - £100k + 20-30% bonus

They are looking for a new senior member of the team at a Senior Consultant level to really drive the company forward in the coming years:
KEY DUTIES
- Lead multiple research workstreams, shaping methodology while managing scope, timelines, budgets and high-quality delivery throughout.
- Lead qualitative fieldwork and analysis, conduct interviews, guide quantitative work, and own recommendations and outputs.
- Shape the overall story, lead client sessions, develop colleagues, identify opportunities and contribute to follow-on proposals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Five-plus years strategy and insights, with substantial B2B and B2C technology delivery.
- Lead workstreams, manage dependencies, shape research methods, conduct interviews, and assess sampling, quality and analysis.
- Distill complex evidence into commercial insights, influence senior clients, develop colleagues, and build AI-enabled solutions.
