Senior Quality Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: Competitive + Benefits

We're partnering with a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consultancy that is continuing to grow its delivery team. They are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Business Central implementations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with consultants, developers and customers to deliver high-quality ERP solutions in a collaborative environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for defining and executing testing strategies across multiple Business Central projects, ensuring solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards before release.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Work closely with Functional Consultants, Developers and Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Identify, log, prioritise and track defects through to resolution.
  • Validate fixes and ensure successful deployment of new functionality.
  • Support release planning and quality assurance processes.
  • Promote QA best practices and continuous improvement across the delivery team.
  • Mentor junior QA team members where appropriate.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or QA Engineer within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing or Manufacturing.
  • Experience creating structured test documentation.
  • Excellent defect management and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
  • Microsoft certifications relating to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience working within a Microsoft Partner environment.
