Senior Quality Analyst – D365 Business Central | Fully Remote | Up to £70,000

THE COMPANY

Pearson Carter is working with an established and growing Microsoft Solutions Partner that is continuing to expand its Dynamics 365 practice following significant project wins and a strong pipeline. The business delivers Microsoft solutions to customers across the UK and internationally and is currently expanding into new sectors and markets, including the US, Australia and Europe.

With around 60 employees, the company offers the feel of a smaller, collaborative organisation while delivering large-scale international projects.

THE ROLE

As Senior Quality Analyst, you will take responsibility for ensuring the quality of customer solutions and helping improve QA processes across the wider delivery function.

This is primarily a hands-on testing position, but you'll also have the opportunity to influence how quality assurance is approached across projects and introduce improvements to existing processes.

You will join an existing team of two and work closely with consultants, developers, project managers and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing across Dynamics 365 Business Central customer solutions
  • Ensure solutions meet agreed requirements and quality standards before release
  • Develop and improve QA and testing processes
  • Identify issues, defects and potential improvements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with consultants, developers and project teams to resolve issues
  • Support the delivery of high-quality Business Central implementations and changes
  • Document testing activity, defects and outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the wider delivery process
  • Support the adoption of automated testing where appropriate
  • Manage relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
