We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Underwriting Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused insurance professional who is passionate about driving accuracy, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, consistent, and compliant delivery of underwriting services through quality assurance, quality control, and audit activities. You will review underwriting processes and data, identify trends and risks, support operational improvements, and help maintain high service standards across a range of London Market Insurance clients.

Working closely with operational teams, management, and client stakeholders, you will play a vital role in promoting best practice, strengthening quality controls, and providing technical guidance to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews across underwriting operations.
  • Review underwriting transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client and procedural requirements.
  • Identify quality trends, recurring issues, control weaknesses, and operational risks.

  • Support root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventative actions.
  • Provide coaching, training, and technical guidance to colleagues.
  • Maintain and enhance quality standards, operational controls, and procedural documentation.
  • Act as a technical point of reference for quality-related matters and complex underwriting queries.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
