AI-Powered QA Engineer II
We're looking for an AI-Powered QA Engineer II to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of modern SaaS and mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining traditional quality assurance practices with emerging AI-powered testing tools to improve efficiency and test coverage.
You'll work closely with software engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Utilize AI-powered testing and automation tools to enhance testing processes.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to validate requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of test automation frameworks and overall test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning activities.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to drive timely resolution.
- Assess product quality risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Stay current with industry trends, QA methodologies, testing tools, and emerging technologies.
- Support additional quality assurance initiatives as required.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- 2–4 years of experience in software development, software testing, or quality assurance.
- Experience creating and maintaining automated test cases.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Desirable
- Experience with AI-powered testing tools such as Applitools, Testim, Mabl, TestRigor, TestComplete, UI-TARS, Midscene, Puppeteer, or similar platforms.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Zephyr Scale.
- Knowledge of modern SaaS application architectures and mobile application testing.
