Senior QA Engineer - Tech for Good - Java, Selenium, Page Object Model
Oliver Bernard are currently working with a Tech for Good client of ours, based out of Birmingham, who are looking to take on a Senior QA Engineer as part of transformational plans for their Quality Engineering team and Automation estate.
The incoming engineer will be responsible for driving and scaling their Test Automation suite, whilst taking ownership of both their Functional and Non-Functional Testing requirements.

To be suitable for this position, the following expertise is required:
- Prior experience in Java driven Automation environments (7-8 years minimum)
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Page Object Model, JUnit and TestNG
- Strong history of testing and building CI/CD pipelines
- Previous experience across Performance Testing, with tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner
- Must be comfortable in a Senior capacity, mentoring and coaching other team members day to day

This is a hybrid (2 days p/week) opening and can offer £50-55K for the suitable candidate.
