Senior QA Engineer, Up to £60,000 + Bonus, 99% Remote (UK)
UK based applicants only
This is a brand new opportunity to become the first dedicated QA hire within a growing SAAS organisation.
The team is entering its next stage of growth and needs someone who wants to take ownership of quality, build the QA function from the ground up, and put processes in place that support future scale.
You will have the freedom to shape how testing is done, improve existing ways of working, build out the QA strategy, and create a framework that gives engineers and product teams confidence throughout delivery.
This role suits someone who enjoys having ownership, building something from scratch, and making a genuine impact rather than stepping into an established process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
