Job Title: Quality Manager / Site Compliance Manager
Salary: £50 - £55,000 Per Annum + Benefits
Location: Merseyside (Liverpool side)
Extremely pleased to be looking for an Experienced Quality Manager / Compliance Manager, looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
Working with the site leadership team, responsible for the site Technical Systems and Compliance, an essential function to be experienced in, if you are looking for a Head of Technical role in the next 5 years.

The Right Person:
- Operating at Quality Manager / Assistant Technical Manager or Compliance Manager level working for a Food or Drinks Manufacturer.
- Working and operating autonomously, while being able to interact and bring multiple functions together.
- Driven, proactive, someone who enjoys driving improvements across quality, food safety, and compliance processes.
You’ll be involved in:
- Managing and maintaining the site’s technical management systems
- Ensuring compliance with BRCGS, customer codes of practice, and retailer standards
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Managing document control, specifications, supplier approval, and traceability systems
- Supporting HACCP, TACCP/VACCP, and risk assessment processes
- Working closely with technical, operations, NPD, and supply chain teams
- Investigating non-conformances and ensuring corrective actions are completed
