Walker Cole International is exclusively partnered with a leading European pharmaceutical company based in Wales. They are searching for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to be responsible for QMS oversight whilst deploying the site Quality Strategy across manufacturing and supply operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Performing delegated QP duties, including batch documentation review and product disposition support
- Reviewing and approving quality system documentation, including the Site Master File and manufacturing licence documentation
- Providing expert advice on GMP, GDP, ISO standards, validation and regulatory compliance
- Managing self-inspections, supplier/vendor audits and regulatory inspection readiness
- Overseeing quality incidents, deviations, complaints and CAPAs
- Leading and reporting on the performance of a substantial, diverse quality team
- Supporting global-local alignment across the wider quality model

What you'll bring:
- A Bachelor' degree (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline
- Substantial quality experience to fully competent level, including auditing and regulatory inspection experience
- Experience managing resources in a global, multi-facility, matrix environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Prior experience managing and developing teams
