Opportunity: Quality Engineer | Medical Devices | South Midlands | £50-60,000

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking to make a genuine impact on life-improving medical technology?

I am currently recruiting exclusively for an innovative, fast-growing medical devices company based in South Midlands looking to expand their Quality Assurance team.

What we are looking for:

  • Drive end-to-end investigation and resolution of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and manage robust CAPA lifecycles.
  • Perform root cause analysis (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D) to resolve manufacturing, design, and supplier quality issues.
  • Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 13485 QMS.
  • Assist with internal quality audits, supplier evaluations, and preparation for external notified body surveillance audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams on design changes, verification, and risk management (ISO 14971).
