Join us as a Senior Quality Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the production process. You will develop and implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Imagine being at the forefront of quality assurance, where your expertise directly contributes to our mission of delivering low-emission power generation solutions.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to uphold our standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in the design and development of new products to ensure quality standards are met from the outset.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices and methodologies.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality engineering.

What You Bring
- NVQ level 4 to 5 in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Auditor qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Proficient in statistical analysis and quality control tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
