Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum

Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Practitioner with expertise in learning disabilities services for an exciting role contributing to quality assurance across the organisation. This position is based at our Head Office in Stockport town centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality improvement assignments and develop processes across the organisation.
  • Support services registered with CQC and those providing care to service users with complex health needs.
  • Work within the Quality Department, supported by an experienced team.

Quality Department Functions:

  • Oversee the social care governance structure.
  • Analyze quality data to implement prevention strategies.
  • Identify trends and themes for good practice awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and quality systems are in place.
  • Promote interdepartmental collaboration for high standards of support.
  • Ensure co-production and inclusivity in medication choices, rights, and preferences.
