Senior Quality Specialist
Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for quality and excellence in clinical operations? A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to join their Quality team on a hybrid basis in Berkshire, UK. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a significant impact on global clinical study operations.
This role is a 12-month contract with the potential to extend.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties as the Senior Quality Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- As the Senior Quality Specialist, you will lead and drive Inspection Readiness Activities across all functions, working closely with the relevant inspection team(s).
- As the Senior Quality Specialist, you will participate in Audit and Inspection planning with Global Quality.
- As the Senior Quality Specialist, you will act as an audit host for Internal Audits, if applicable.
- Support staff with audit/inspection responses and CAPA activities, ensuring timely closure.

Role Requirements:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Senior Quality Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in life sciences, quality, clinical research, or a related field.
- Extensive industry experience in pharmaceutical, preferably in global quality assurance, clinical quality management, or clinical operations.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with GCP, ICH guidelines, and relevant international and local regulations for clinical study operations.
This is a unique chance to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality framework that supports global clinical study operations. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and building effective working relationships to ensure successful audit and inspection outcomes.
