What you'll do:
- Conduct quantitative research and analysis using survey methods, experimental designs, and advanced statistical techniques.
- Support the design and execution of statistically rigorous research studies to address business questions across healthcare and life sciences.
- Apply quantitative methodologies to analyze data, generate insights, and inform client recommendations.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to interpret research findings and translate results into clear, actionable insights.
- Develop high-quality analytical deliverables, presentations, and data visualizations for client engagements.
- Partner with onshore and offshore teams to ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of research outputs.
- Communicate analytical findings and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to multiple client engagements by providing quantitative research, analytical support, and problem-solving expertise.
- Assist in the development of surveys, experiments, and other research approaches to evaluate market, customer, and business questions.
- Maintain high standards of analytical rigor, quality assurance, and attention to detail throughout the research process.

What you’ll bring:
- At least 2 years of relevant industry or applied experience
- Master’s degree or higher in: Statistics, Data Science, Public Health (MPH), Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Analytics
- Strong foundation in advanced statistics and experimental design.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience conducting quantitative market research, including survey design, analysis, and interpretation.
- Expertise in at least one statistical programming platform, with strong preference for Excel, R, Python
- Experience applying quantitative methods within the healthcare or life sciences industry strongly preferred.
- Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- High motivation, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative, client-first mindset.
