Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction business and play a key role in the commercial management and successful delivery of major construction projects across East Anglia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Tier 1 main contractor experience to take a leading role on significant projects, while contributing to the development of commercial teams and supporting the delivery of future projects within the region.

Experience working on education or public-sector projects, particularly DfE-funded schemes, would be advantageous.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring strong financial control, effective risk management and successful commercial outcomes.

You will work closely with the wider project team, clients, consultants and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
