We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Facade experience for our company located in London.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects at various stages.
  • Take full commercial responsibility from pre-contract to final account.
  • Act as the main commercial contact for all assigned projects.
  • Manage applications for payment, variations, contractual notices, and final account negotiations with Client and Subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the relevant teams such as accounting, project management, engineering, estimating.

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, civil engineering, or a related area.
  • At least 10-year experience as Quantity Surveyor.
  • Proven experience working for a specialist subcontractor, preferably within the façade industry.
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, with a focus on protecting the company’s financial position.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of JCT, CECA, and bespoke subcontracts, and other commonly used UK construction contracts.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate his duties effectively.
  • Right to work in the UK.
