Senior Quantity Surveyor

Corramore Holdings Ltd are a dynamic and forward-thinking construction company based in Mid Ulster with a wide portfolio of projects throughout the UK and Ireland.

We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team:

Based: Corramore Head Office, Draperstown.
Projects: Major construction projects throughout the UK.
Sector: New-build healthcare / nursing home developments.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and commercial management of subcontract packages.
  • Monthly valuations, cost reporting, and CVRs.
  • Management of variations and contractual entitlement.
  • Subcontractor valuations and final accounts.
  • Working closely with our Contracts, Site, and Design teams.
  • Regular reporting to senior management.
  • Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Maintaining strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • A Degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management or equivalent.
  • Strong main-contractor experience.
  • Experience delivering significant new-build projects.
  • Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Corramore projects throughout the UK.

Experience within healthcare, care homes, hotels, residential, or similar high-specification developments would be advantageous but is not essential.
