This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a stable, profitable and highly successful tier one contractor. The company offers projects across many sectors including leisure, Health, Commercial, Education and the vibrant life science sector. Due to continued measured growth, the company are looking to recruit an additional senior Quantity Surveyor to the existing team to focus on future projects.

Typical projects range from £10m to £50m, and are procured either through two stage negotiations or through one of the company's many blue chip framework arrangements.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates qualified to at least BSc standard, and most likely working for a tier one business currently. Experience in similar projects is essential, and we are looking for candidates living within a daily commute of Reading. The company has an agile working policy, so some flexibility for WFH is part of the company's overall employee benefits package.
