Your role
- Lead trade package tenders, negotiations and subcontract awards.
- Own valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Resolve claims, manage risk and protect project margins.
- Challenge subcontractors constructively and support an existing QS.

What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years’ UK construction experience managing subcontracts, with strong residential new-build delivery.
- Hands-on package knowledge covering groundworks and frame, M&E, steel framing systems and windows.
- Confident subcontract management and working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
- A relevant degree, HNC or HND, plus sound financial and software skills.
- Clear communication and confident negotiation. Professional membership and mentoring experience are welcome.
