Locations: Dallas, Tulsa, Omaha, Kansas City & Amarillo
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Relocation Package: $10,000–$12,000

Are you a UK-based Quantity Surveyor considering a move to the United States?
I’m supporting a leading global construction consultancy on multiple opportunities for UK Quantity Surveyors looking to relocate to the U.S. and work on some of the largest and fastest-growing data centre developments in North America.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded consultancy delivering major hyperscale and mission-critical projects while building an international career in one of construction’s highest-growth sectors.

What They’re Looking For
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
- 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects
- Strong commercial and cost management experience
- Must hold a British Passport
- Open to relocating to the United States
