Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to play a key role on major UK infrastructure projects?
ERSG is supporting a leading civil engineering contractor in the search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the South West. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of commercial performance across high-profile highways projects while working within an established and growing organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading all commercial activities across project packages.
- Managing subcontract procurement, valuation, and final accounts.
- Driving change management, cost control, and commercial reporting.
- Identifying risks and opportunities to maximise project performance.
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and project teams.

What We're Looking For
- Only available to candidates with UK working rights
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience within highways, infrastructure, or civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders.
