Your new role

  • As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading role in delivering projects across the residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams, providing clear and commercially focused advice throughout all project stages.
  • Responsible for managing full pre-and post-contract duties, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting.
  • Lead client meetings, monitor project performance, manage variations, and ensure projects are delivered in line with budgets and expectations.
  • Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to maintaining high standards across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong background in quantity surveying within a consultancy environment and experience managing projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, healthcare, or education.
  • Solid technical expertise in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-facing approach are essential, with the confidence to build lasting relationships.
  • MRICS status (or working towards it) is preferred, alongside a proactive, practical mindset and strong commercial awareness.
