Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cobham, Surrey

About Lawmens
Lawmens is a specialist construction services contractor providing labour, specialist offloading, waste management, strip-out and demolition services across London and the South East.
We work on projects ranging from smaller refurbishments to major commercial developments, with a strong focus on safety, service and efficient project delivery.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
You will take commercial responsibility across multiple projects, working closely with our project and operational teams to manage costs, protect margins and ensure projects are commercially controlled from tender through to final account.

Key responsibilities include:
- Cost planning, forecasting and reporting
- Preparing valuations, BOQs and cost breakdowns
- Managing variations and change control
- Reviewing contracts and commercial risks
- Managing subcontractor and supplier costs
- Supporting tenders and commercial negotiations
- Monitoring project budgets and profitability
- Preparing and agreeing final accounts
About You

You will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction, demolition, strip-out or a similar specialist contracting environment.
You will be commercially minded, confident with clients and project teams, and have strong numerical, communication and negotiation skills.
A relevant Quantity Surveying or Construction Management qualification is preferred, although strong practical experience will also be considered.
