Senior Quantity Surveyor
FLI Water Limited is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kempston.
You'll take the commercial lead on projects from tender handover to final account, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on project performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the commercial management of projects
- Managing procurement and subcontract accounts
- Owning CVRs, cost control and forecasting
- Administering NEC3/NEC4 contracts
- Managing compensation events and change control
- Leading negotiations and final accounts
- Managing commercial risk and identifying opportunities
