About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial and contractual success of major civil engineering projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency and excellence from project inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing project budgets
  • Conducting cost analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing expert advice and fostering strong professional relationships
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project timelines and budgets
