Senior Quantity Surveyor
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the commercial team of a well-established and rapidly growing privately owned construction contractor based in Dundee.
About the Role
Reporting into senior commercial leadership, you will take commercial ownership of a diverse range of construction projects across Tayside, Angus, and Fife. Current works include high-end refurbishment schemes, bespoke luxury housing developments, student accommodation projects, care facilities, and significant heritage and cultural developments. This is a key appointment within a business experiencing fantastic growth.

While working closely with operational teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive project performance and maximize commercial outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong Quantity Surveying background within the construction sector. You will be:
- Commercially astute
- Capable of working independently
- Comfortable building strong relationships with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners
Experience across building, refurbishment, or residential construction projects would be highly advantageous.
