£1M-£20M Projects | Hybrid Working | UK Travel | Interviews Next Week
Are you a Quantity Surveyor ready to take on more diverse projects and step up in your career? This opportunity offers a mix of responsibility, variety, and clear progression within a growing contractor.
You'll be part of a busy commercial team delivering projects across multiple sectors, with the support and structure needed to develop into a senior role.

Key responsibilities
- Overseeing the commercial performance of active projects
- Producing valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts
- Managing procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations
- Assisting with tenders and early cost planning activities
- Liaising with project teams, consultants, and clients
About You
- Background in quantity surveying within construction
- Strong understanding of contracts and commercial management
- Comfortable working on high-value projects
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Open to occasional travel across the UK
