Senior Quantity Surveyor
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum

A leading infrastructure consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major projects across rail, highways, utilities, energy, defence and aviation.
This opportunity offers the chance to take a leading commercial role on complex infrastructure programmes while working within a collaborative environment that actively supports professional development and career progression.
About You
- Experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management within infrastructure, construction or the built environment.
- Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration, change control, risk management and commercial reporting.
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Experience supporting procurement and commercial governance activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
- Membership of, or working towards membership of, RICS, CICES or a similar professional body would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programmes.
- Manage cost, change, risk and contractual performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and stakeholders.
- Support procurement, forecasting, reporting and contract administration activities.
- Contribute to value engineering, risk management and commercial governance.
- Support the development of less experienced commercial professionals.
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver successful project outcomes.
