Fantastic Opportunity for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor
A fantastic new opportunity is available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing regional contractor who are recruiting due to continued expansion and a strong forward order book.
About the Company
Based from their office in the West Leeds area, the company operates across commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors.
Role Overview
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a very friendly expanding business, and will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a small team as well as carrying out day-to-day commercial duties.

Requirements
- Proven track record operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a Main Contracting environment
- Experience in the commercial build sector would be preferred, on project values up to £2 - 3m.
- Good communication skills.
