Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London | Permanent | Up to £100,000 basic + benefits

The Role
We are looking for experienced Project QSs and Senior QSs to join the commercial team in London.
You will be responsible for the commercial management of MEP projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of MEP projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Manage budgets, valuations, variations, payments and final accounts.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts and commercial reporting.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, accounts and negotiations.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Assess variations and changes to scope.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers and site teams.
- Manage project close-out and final accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Senior QSs will also provide commercial leadership, mentor junior team members and take responsibility for more complex projects and commercial matters.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP / Mechanical & Electrical contracting.
- Strong experience across major construction projects.
- Background in commercial fit-out, data centres, shell & core infrastructure or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of MEP services and commercial project management.
- Experience with subcontractor management, valuations, variations, forecasting and final accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
