Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
A well-established and highly regarded fit-out contractor based in East London is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their growing commercial team.
The successful candidate will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of high-quality fit-out projects, while also playing a key role in supporting the company’s expansion into the residential sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take greater ownership of projects and contribute to the development of a new arm of an established business.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the commercial management of fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Managing valuations, variations, payments, cost reporting and final accounts.
- Working closely with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Providing commercial guidance and supporting project delivery.
- Helping establish commercial processes and best practice within the emerging residential division.
- Supporting the wider commercial strategy and continued growth of the business.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong fit-out/commercial background, with experience operating at Senior QS or Commercial Manager level. Residential experience would be advantageous, although candidates with a strong fit-out background who are keen to develop into the residential sector will also be considered.
This is a senior opportunity within a growing and ambitious contractor, offering the chance to take ownership of projects while helping shape a new area of the business.
