Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor | Glasgow | to £75,000 + Bonus

A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for an ambitious MRICS Quantity Surveyor to help shape its expanding cost consultancy service. Join a supportive team where ideas are heard, performance is recognised and progression is based on impact.
The Role
- Lead projects from feasibility through to final account
- Deliver cost plans, estimates, tenders and procurement advice
- Manage valuations, change control, reporting and commercial risk
- Build trusted client relationships across varied sectors
- Mentor junior surveyors and support their development
- Collaborate with Building Surveyors, Project Managers and designers

About You
- MRICS qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
- Strong consultancy experience across pre and post-contract services
- Confident working with JCT and NEC contracts
- Commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects
- Credible, clear and confident with clients
- Public-sector experience is useful, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Package and Culture
- £60,000 to £75,000, depending on experience
- Performance-related bonus
