Senior Quantity Surveyor - Permanent
Location: Immingham
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + package
I'm currently working with a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team on a major port-based project in Immingham.
This is a substantial project with a strong civils focus, offering the opportunity to take ownership of commercial delivery within a busy project environment.
The Role:
- Managing the commercial function across the project
- Cost control, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Managing change, variations, and compensation events
- Subcontract procurement and management
- Applications, valuations, and final accounts
- Identifying and managing commercial risk and opportunity
- Working closely with the project and commercial teams

What They're Looking For:
- Strong Quantity Surveying background within civil engineering/infrastructure
- Previous experience operating at SQS level
- Strong NEC experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and commercial change
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
