As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion, providing expert cost consultancy services and working closely with prestigious clients, developers, and stakeholders across multiple sectors.

- Deliver full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
- Cost planning, budgeting, and feasibility reporting
- Procurement strategy and tender management
- Contract administration and commercial management
- Risk analysis and value engineering
- Client relationship management and stakeholder liaison
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy / cost consultancy environment
- Strong multi-sector project exposure
- Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- MRICS or working towards chartership preferred
- A proactive, career-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
