Established Construction Contractor Seeking Experienced Quantity Surveyor
An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team.
Working on a Large Project in Salisbury
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costs, valuations, and cash flow.
- Procure and administer subcontractor and supplier packages.
- Prepare, negotiate, and agree variations and final accounts.
- Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve margins.
- Assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

About You
- Notable experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large projects
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to pass BPSS & SC clearance.
- Will need a white card, CSCS or similar

- Generous day rate, either PAYE or UMB PAYE (Please note this is in scope of IR35 and no CIS is permitted)
- Weekly pay
- Project until January 2027, possibility of extension
