Senior Quantity Surveyor - Earthworks
Our client is an established UK Earthworks Contractor with ambitious plans for continued growth across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a major earthworks package on a significant power infrastructure project in the North of Scotland.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthworks, ideally gained working directly for an Earthworks Contractor. Candidates from a Main Contractor background will also be considered where they have commercially managed significant earthworks packages. NEC experience is essential, along with the ability to lead the commercial function through to final account.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial aspects of a major earthworks package
- Manage the project programme of approximately 18 months
- Attend site 3-4 days per week
- Ensure the successful completion of the project
Requirements
- Experience in earthworks
- NEC experience essential
- Strong commercial management skills
- Ability to lead a commercial function through to final account

Benefits
- Salary: £70,000-£80,000 DOE + car + package
- Package includes:
