Commercial Manager
Location: Glasgow
Take the commercial lead with a growing main contractor.
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding main contractor operating within the energy efficiency sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team based in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional to take a leadership role within a growing business, overseeing the commercial performance of projects across Scotland while helping to shape the future of the commercial function.
The Role
As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading all commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered profitably while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will play a key role in driving commercial strategy, managing risk, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

About You
To be considered, you should have:
- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor role within a main contractor.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and commercial teams.
- Ideally, experience working with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).
- Previous involvement in energy efficiency, retrofit, refurbishment, or social housing projects would be advantageous.
