About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, based in Finland.
Ideally you will possess the following traits but are not restricted to:
- Relevant third-level qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience across a wide range of sectors.
- Construction Stage Data Centre Experience in Europe (preferably with a consultancy).
- Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
- Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
- Experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
- Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
- Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
- Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
