About the Role
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take commercial ownership of high-volume residential groundworks and infrastructure developments?
My Client, a rapidly growing, premier regional civil engineering contractor, is seeking an commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive financial performance across major residential, highways, and drainage projects, in this newly created position.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Leadership: Manage full project financial lifecycles, including cost forecasting, CVRs, and final account settlements.
- Subcontractor Management: Lead procurement, bill of quantities preparation, variations, and valuation payments.
- Infrastructure Scope: Oversee commercial delivery on plot groundworks, sewer systems, and highway improvements.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary commercial contact for major national housebuilders and regional developers.
Key Requirements
- Proven background as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, residential groundworks, or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of both JCT and NEC contract administration.
- Demonstrable track record managing site-level commercial activities on multi-dwelling projects.

- This role is office based 5 days a week - no WFH is offered.
